We've identified the issue as being caused by rate limiting due to a migration we were attempting to run, and have taken steps to prevent it from occurring again.
Additionally, we are retriggering revalidation for all customers affected by the issue.
Investigating
We're seeing some issues with page cache revalidation that is affecting updates from being published to documentation sites.
We've begun an investigation and will have updates shortly.
